Top Farming Areas/Methods
[NOTE TO THE MODERATORS: I thought for a while about whether to create this thread in the "Questions and Answers" or the "The Campfire - Farming" section but decided it would be better here. Please move it to the latter if I was wrong.]
Hi. I've been playing Guild Wars since October 2005, when I started PvP'ing but recently I decided to take a PvE break for some months, maybe a year. I joined a guild of experienced players and they all buy/sell 100k+ items all the time. Having asked them how they had gathered so much gold, they answered: "oh, good old UW days when we got 5-6 ectos per run ". Well the old days are over and I can't seem to find the "perfect" farming place/method nowadays . Please note that by "farming" I mean making money and since my goal in PvE is to achieve Maxes Titles I will be needing a lot of it . My objective with this thread is to ask all of you hardcore PvE players out there your opinion about farming these days. For that effect, I would like you to state your Top 3 Farming Areas/Methods in terms of quick money making. I Will Have Many Leather-Bound Books! |

From the info under your name I am assuming you are looking for places for a monk to farm, there is the usual uw builds but there are also these.

right now, sense solo farming is useless my top farms are just vanquishing areas in hardmode and grouping farming mineral springs for IDS's.
